My stay at the Tampa Riverwalk Hotel was quite disappointing due to several issues, especially for a Hilton brand. While the restaurant and banquet staff were friendly and helpful, the overall cleanliness and condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The $25 resort fee seemed unjustifiable given the lack of amenities, and the musty smell in the rooms was concerning. I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The location was convenient, close to dining and events, but the rooms were far from clean and felt neglected. The staff was overall friendly, but that didn’t compensate for the outdated facilities. I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially considering the price.
